ADHD/ADD

ADHD is considered a psychiatric condition resulting from a chemical imbalance in the brain. Children who have ADHD are associated with behavioral problems that make it difficult to excel in school. Adults with ADHD/ADD may have trouble finding success in their daily work and lives. Western medicine focuses on a combination of behavioral counseling and pharmacological interventions.
